1. 48-Hour Notice Required
We kindly ask for at least 48 hours' notice if you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment. This allows us to offer the time slot to another client and keep our schedule running smoothly.
2. Late Cancellations
Cancellations made less than 48 hours before your appointment will incur a cancellation fee of 50% of the service price.
3. No-Shows
If you do not show up for your appointment and fail to provide notice, a no-show fee of 100% of the service price will be charged.
4. Deposits
For certain services, a deposit may be required at the time of booking:
- Deposits are non-refundable for cancellations made less than 48 hours in advance.
- For cancellations made more than 48 hours before the appointment, deposits can be transferred to a rescheduled booking.

Running Late?

If you arrive more than 15 minutes late, we may need to reschedule your appointment, and a late cancellation fee may apply.
